Terms & Conditions for Students

The ICT Trainings Management is the highest authority and operates under the policies approved by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Submit the enrollment form to ICT Trainings after completing it, along with two recent passport-size photographs and a copy of your CNIC.

All admissions are subject to approval under ICT's admission policy.

All fees paid to ICT Trainings are non-refundable.

Students must follow all institute rules and maintain proper discipline on the premises.

Students are expected to show respectful behavior towards teachers and staff at all times.

A course can only be frozen if all dues are cleared. The frozen course must be resumed within three (3) months.

A student's name may be removed from the roll if they miss four (4) consecutive classes without a valid reason. Re-admission will be subject to approval by the BOD.

A Training Completion Certificate will be awarded only to students who:
- Maintain at least 90% attendance, and
- Score 60% or above in the internal exam.

For bike owners: please use both locks for safety. The institute is not responsible for any loss or theft.
